Work Approach .
Among state and non-state-based institutions in the climate change policy community, there is a policy evidence gap. The BCI aims to address the gap by enabling global climate technology transfers through the aggregation and distribution of new knowledge. We support governments, and inter-governmental and regional organisations that favour climate change policy and regulatory development of emerging technologies (including blockchain) to combat climate change. The BCI also accelerates global climate technology transfers through targeted technical assistance programmes, comprising the development of enabling policy and regulatory environment, institutional capacity building, as well as technical implementation, etc.
