Selection Process

We evaluate based on alignment, skill, and readiness — not just prior experience. Most applicants will complete:

Section A:
Verbal & numerical reasoning (20 MCQs)
Section B:
Situational judgement (20 MCQs)
Section C:
In-tray exercise (open-ended, role-specific)

Shortlisted candidates proceed to phone screening and two rounds of virtual interviews.
